Mill Bay is a small village in the county of Devon, England. It is located on the eastern edge of the Exe Estuary, close to the town of Exmouth and the city of Exeter. The village is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with stunning views of the estuary and the Jurassic Coast beyond.

The history of Mill Bay stretches back to the Iron Age, when it was home to a fortified settlement. In the 19th century, the village was a busy port, with a thriving fishing industry. The old harbour still stands today and is the focal point of the village.
