  • Beach Strolls – Instow has a long sandy beach that is perfect for a leisurely stroll. Enjoy views of Taw and Torridge estuary, the historic Appledore, and the stunning coastal scenery.
  • Instow Regatta – A traditional regatta is held in August each year, featuring sailing, rowing, and other activities. There are also plenty of food and drink stalls, along with live music and entertainment.
  • Kayaking – Take to the water and explore the estuaries and coves of Instow. Guided tours are available, and all equipment is provided.
